A consultation request tells us which procedure interests you, which city you are in, your name, and how to reach you. That is consumer health data, and this page is its own policy — separate from our general privacy policy — because Washington law requires exactly that.
What the code does, today
- Your request goes only to the practices involved in it. We do not sell consumer health data, and we do not run advertising pixels or third-party trackers on the pages where you submit it.
- Our analytics are cookieless counters with a fixed allowlist of event names. Free-text never lands in them.
